Family Night
Family night is a tradition that we have had in our family for about the last fifteen years. It is a night once a week where one person gets to choose what we do for the night. 
That includes what everyone will eat for dinner and how we will spend out time for that evening. I really enjoy this because for one night you do not really have to make any decision about what is for dinner unless it is your turn, but then you can eat out if you want.
I really enjoy this tradition because it really brings the whole family together for one night a week. The goal is that every week that one person gets to choose whatever they want whether other people really like it or not. You do not get to complain about what the person has chosen either. Everyone cooperates so that no gets left out.
An example of a family would be some one choosing to go to movie and a restaurant for dinner. It is also great when we choose to cook our own meals and rent a movie. No matter what the choice is the entire family is spending an evening together.
This is great because at least once a week you know that you will have to be the one who cooks the dinner for everyone. You also get to choose something that you really enjoy with out having to listen to people complain about it.
This traditional is really great for bringing the whole family together. You can choose for this to be immediate family only or you can invite other relatives as well. That is what is so great about family night and you never know what the next person might choose.
